Dear to My Home

Dear to My Home is a collage of stories and images from Puak Taam, a 300-year-old neighborhood nestled within the old city walls of Chiang Mai. This exhibition is our attempt to piece together fragments of memory—faces, places, stories, and moments—into a portrait of a community that has quietly shaped the life of our city for centuries.

Each portrait opens a window onto the people whose presence shapes Puak Taam’s streets, cityscape, and shared spaces. They reveal both the individuality of each person and the invisible threads that connect us—shared histories, daily rhythms, and the bonds formed through living side by side.

As you move through the exhibition, you may encounter a familiar face, a neighbor’s smile, or even your own reflection in another’s story. This is both a record and a celebration: preserving traces of our past and this present moment, in a city that changes quickly, honoring the ordinary men and women who make our neighborhood extraordinary, and offering a moment for our community to meet, reconnect, and remember what and remember the ties that make this place home.
