This dynamic vinyasa class blends strength and softness through an intentional & exploratory flow. Moving between slow, mindful sequences and more energizing moments. Students are invited to tune into both body and mind. The practice concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath savasana, offering space to rest, release, and fully absorb the experience.
THAI KONG SOUND BATH
